Watzastore? is a different kind of web store. We put service first. Although we are willing to ship items directly to you, and let you sort out the complexity of installing, and configuring your new purchase. We prefer to send an Expert to you with the item you have ordered. The Expert arrives prepared to install, and configure it for you. If you order the setup service from Watzastore? you don't have to worry about that expensive merchandise being left on your doorstep when no-one is home. Instead, we work with you to determine a good install date/time, the item gets shipped to your local technician, and the tech shows up at your door with the item in hand.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items, and unused services sold and fulfilled by WatzaStore within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Opened items that are returned within 30 days of delivery and with all original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
